Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a hospital-based clinic in Ellensburg, WA. This role offers a mixed inpatient/outpatient caseload with exposure to swallow evaluations (bedside & imaging) and the opportunity to treat all ages, including pediatrics.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $40–$53/hour (DOE)

Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and treating speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing
- Performing bedside swallow assessments and imaging studies
- Developing individualized care plans and documenting progress
- Collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participating in program development and staff education
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Washington SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFYs considered
- Strong communication and clinical skills
