Speech Language Pathologist $2500 Sign-on Bonus

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities within a skilled nursing facility.

  • Evaluates, develops, and implements treatment plans; communicates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members; documents services accurately.
  • Supervises clinical staff; ensures compliance with regulatory and billing requirements; manages documentation and billing processes.
  • Collaborates with team members, contributes to interdisciplinary meetings, and educates staff and families.
  • Maintains current knowledge through ongoing education; participates in team conferences and professional development.
  • Upholds safety standards, demonstrates professional behavior, and promotes a positive facility culture.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, California licensure, and CPR certification. Requires physical ability to perform treatments and work with patients. Compensation ranges from $55-$65/hour, with benefits including health insurance and relocation assistance.
