Speech Language Pathologist $2500 Sign-on Bonus

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions within a skilled nursing facility setting.

Essential duties include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy, and documenting progress in compliance with regulations.

The clinician collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, communicates with patients and families, supervises assistants, and contributes to professional development through education and peer interactions.

Key qualifications are a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, CA licensure or eligibility, and 2-3 years of rehab experience.

Physical requirements include mobility and safety practices necessary for direct patient care.

Compensation ranges from $55.00 to $65.00 per hour, with benefits such as health insurance and relocation assistance.
