Speech Language Pathologist $2500 Sign-on Bonus

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions within a skilled nursing facility setting.

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and communicate progress with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Supervise clinical staff and ensure documentation meets regulatory and billing standards, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
  • Contribute to team meetings, incorporate interdisciplinary input, and educate staff and families.
  • Maintain professional development through continuing education and peer interactions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and promote a positive, collaborative work environment.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years rehab experience preferred, CCC-SLP certification, and a valid California license. Requires physical ability for patient care and current CPR certification. Compensation ranges from $55-$65/hour, with benefits including health insurance and relocation assistance.
