Speech Language Pathologist

This part-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing patient-centered assessments and treatments to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions within a skilled nursing facility setting.


  • Deliver comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and communicate progress with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
  • Supervise clinical staff, ensure accurate documentation, and manage billing and regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contribute to professional development, and promote a positive, safe work environment.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, California license, current CPR (if required), and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
  • Compensation ranges from $58.00 to $62.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance. The role requires in-person work, emphasizing safe practices and effective communication.
