We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home services for patients with speech, language, swallowing, and communication disorders.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments of communication and swallowing abilities
Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
Providing therapy to improve speech clarity, language skills, and social communication
Addressing swallowing difficulties with appropriate care plans
Collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare team members
Maintaining accurate documentation and educating patients and families
Skills required:
Proficiency in medical terminology and speech therapy techniques
Empathy and strong patient care skills
Understanding of speech physiology and anatomy
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment strategies
This position offers a pay rate of $50.00-$60.00/hour, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and requires relocation to Oregon, OH 43616 prior to start. Work is in person, serving homebound individuals.
