Evaluate, treat, and develop individualized treatment plans, communicating with patients, families, physicians, and team members.Perform comprehensive evaluations, document services accurately, and ensure compliance with regulatory and billing requirements.Supervise clinical staff, contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts, and participate in conferences and professional development.Maintain a positive, safe work environment by following safety protocols and demonstrating professional standards.Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience, CCC-SLP certification, and a current license.
