We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our supportive, data-driven center in Rochester, MN. This role offers the opportunity to help design and build a new SLP program, primarily serving children on the autism spectrum, with potential to work with adults and the community.
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focusing on communication and swallowing
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and families
- Document progress and adapt strategies as needed
- Stay current with the latest research and techniques
