The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is a licensed professional responsible for evaluating and providing therapy to children with speech, language, voice, swallow, and cognitive-communicative disorders in a pediatric-centered, playful clinic setting.
Assess communication skills through observations, caregiver reports, and standardized tests.
Develop individualized treatment plans aligning with family values, clinical guidelines, and child’s needs.
Document progress and adjust therapy to support sensory-motor, cognitive, psychological, and behavioral development.
Work full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts, in person.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current Maryland or Delaware licensure.
