Speech & Language Pathologist

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech and Language Pathologist to provide specialized services to students with severe behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs aged 5-22.


  • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders.
  • Provide direct therapy in various settings, support feeding/swallowing needs, and incorporate evidence-based and behaviorally informed strategies.
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families, train staff, and participate in team meetings and evaluations.
  • Support behavior intervention plans and crisis situations with communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, CA licensure, preferably CCC-SLP, and experience with children with severe disabilities. Knowledge of AAC, behavioral interventions, and trauma-informed practices is required. Preferred skills include ABA experience and multilingual abilities.
