We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy in various settings, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The role involves monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Skills required include proficiency in ICU speech therapy techniques, strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, case management, and excellent patient care skills.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, valid licensure, experience in acute care and dysphagia, familiarity with care planning, and preferred pediatric experience.
