Speech-Language Pathologist

The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is a licensed professional responsible for evaluating and treating speech, language, voice, swallow, and cognitive-communicative disorders in pediatric patients.
They develop individualized treatment plans incorporating family values and clinical guidelines, utilizing observations, caregiver reports, and standardized tests.
The SLP documents progress, addresses goals, and provides therapy supporting sensory-motor, cognitive, psychological, and behavioral development.
This role involves working in a pediatric-centered, play-based clinic setting.

**Requirements:**

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Current Maryland or Delaware licensure
  • Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8 am – 6 pm shifts

  • Salary range: $78,769.60 – $122,116.80 annually
