Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and provide therapy for communication, swallowing, and cognitive needs

Create individualized treatment plans with the care team

Educate residents and families on exercises and strategies

Celebrate milestones and progress

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid Oregon license

Current CPR certification

Preferred: 6 months long-term care experience
