Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care and support within a therapy department.
Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Perform comprehensive evaluations, document services accurately, and communicate progress and treatment plans effectively.
Supervise clinical staff, contribute to professional development, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Participate in team meetings, patient conferences, and educational activities to promote optimal patient outcomes and facility culture.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, CCC-SLP, and 2-3 years of experience in a rehab setting preferred. Must have strong communication skills, medical knowledge, and the ability to work safely.
