Speech-Language Pathologist 2026-2027 School Year

Seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students within school settings.
Responsibilities include providing direct therapy, developing and implementing IEPs, collaborating with educators and families, and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Ideal candidates possess strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and data monitoring, along with effective communication and teamwork abilities. Organizational skills for caseload management and adherence to regulations are essential. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, cultural competence, and a student-centered approach with patience and creativity.

Missouri licensure is required. Compensation is $50.00 – $55.00/hour, with benefits including continuing education credits and license reimbursement. The role involves in-person work in dynamic school environments.
