We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, cooperative therapeutic school serving students 5-22 with complex challenges.
**Responsibilities include:**
• Consulting on IEPs and guiding programming rooted in real-world participation
• Providing direct instruction in social communication, self-advocacy, reading, and writing
• Developing speech, language, and literacy goals and objectives
• Supervising staff and managing a small caseload
• Collaborating effectively with team members
**Qualifications:**
• Master’s in communication sciences & disorders (ASHA approved)
• Vermont Speech Pathologist license preferred
• Experience with students with significant challenges
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
