Speech-Language Pathologist

Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, employee-owned therapeutic school serving individuals aged 5-22 and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include consulting on IEPs, guiding programming in social communication, self-advocacy, reading, and writing, and managing a small caseload. The role involves developing speech, language, and literacy goals, supervising staff, and fostering collaborative relationships.

Qualifications include a Master’s in communication sciences & disorders, ASHA certification, and preferably a Vermont educator license. Experience with students with significant challenges and staff supervision is required. Flexibility in hours and potential for Clinical Fellowship Year supervision are available.

Compensation ranges from $84,868 to $95,412 annually, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
