RehabVisions is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a hospital-based clinic in Ellensburg, WA.
Setting & Caseload: Full-time mix of inpatient & outpatient services, treating all ages including pediatrics, with specialty exposure to swallow evaluations (bedside & imaging).
Compensation & Benefits: $40–$53/hr (DOE) with a flexible $12,000 career bonus over 3 years, student loan assistance, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), CEU opportunities, and more.
Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing; conduct bedside and imaging swallow assessments; develop individualized care plans; document thoroughly; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; and support program development.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid WA license or eligibility, ASHA CCC-SLP preferred, strong communication and clinical skills.
