This position offers a salary range of $56,000 to $65,000, based on skills and experience.
Are you passionate about working with children birth to 3 years and making a difference in families’ lives? This role involves providing home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays.
Responsibilities include participating in assessments, delivering developmentally appropriate speech therapy, developing and implementing Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP), documenting progress, acting as a service coordinator, and supporting families and caregivers.
Requirements include current Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, ASHA certification or CF eligibility, knowledge of family systems and early childhood development, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Bilingual/bicultural skills are a plus.
