We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a therapeutic, student-centered school in Vermont, serving students aged 5-22 with complex challenges.
Provide direct instruction in social communication, literacy, and self-advocacy, and develop IEP goals. Consult on individual student programming and guide staff in implementing speech, language, and literacy interventions. Manage a small caseload, supervise support staff, and collaborate with a dedicated team. Qualifications include a Master’s in communication sciences or related field, ASHA certification, and Vermont licensure preferred. Flexible hours and potential Clinical Fellowship Year supervision available.
