Speech Language Pathologist

We are offering an opportunity to help design a new SLP program at a small, supportive, and data-driven center in Rochester, MN.

Our work environment features a relaxed atmosphere, flexible hours, and growth prospects. The position involves working primarily with children on the autism spectrum, with potential to serve both current clients and the community at large.

**Responsibilities include:**

  • Conducting assessments of speech and language abilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing therapy to improve communication and swallowing
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers and families
  • Documenting progress and adjusting strategies
  • Staying current with industry research

  • **Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Valid state license and ASHA certification
  • Experience with pediatric populations and early intervention
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

  • **Details:**
    Full-time or part-time, with a salary range of $54,060–$87,918/year. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible schedule. Work is in person, Monday through Friday.
