Providing direct patient care to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities through evaluations, treatment planning, and therapy sessions.
Communicating with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members; documenting services accurately; and supervising clinical staff.
Ensuring treatment plans meet regulatory and facility standards, managing documentation, and contributing to team conferences and education.
Promoting a positive, safe, and professional environment while demonstrating safe work practices, ongoing professional development, and effective teamwork.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience, CCC-SLP certification, and a valid license.
Full-time position offering $55-$65/hour with benefits, primarily in a skilled nursing facility setting.
