Speech Language Pathologist

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves providing direct patient care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities within a skilled nursing facility setting.

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans; communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members; document services accurately; and supervise clinical staff.
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, obtain physician approvals, and track patient progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory and billing standards.
  • Contribute to team conferences, education, and facility culture by sharing expertise and fostering positive collaboration.
  • Maintain safety protocols, uphold professional standards, and stay current through continuing education.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience, CCC-SLP certification, and a valid state license. Strong communication skills and knowledge of clinical practices are required.
