Speech Language Pathologist – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a charismatic and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a care facility in Ottawa, KS.

Provide evaluation and treatment for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders in accordance with clinical standards.

Develop personalized care plans, monitor outcomes, and adjust services as needed.

Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.

Complete comprehensive discharge summaries following regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with an in-house therapy team to uphold high clinical standards in a supportive environment.
