Speech Language Pathologist – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a charismatic and fearless Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team at our Ottawa facility.

Provide evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.

Deliver skilled, rehabilitative, and medically necessary interventions while ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

Assess treatment outcomes, adjust services accordingly, and refer patients as needed.

Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.

Complete comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.

Qualifications include licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Both new graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
