Speech and Language Pathologist-Pediatrics

The Speech Pathologist evaluates and treats patients with hearing, speech, language, and swallowing issues based on medical diagnoses and physician orders, following established standards of practice.


They apply growth and development principles to care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, working collaboratively with customers, patients, physicians, and staff to promote teamwork.


Minimum requirements include a Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology, a CCC from ASHA, and a valid speech pathology license from the state. Basic Life Support certification is also required.


Preferred candidates have at least six months of related experience or training. The role emphasizes adherence to organizational values to foster engagement, hope, health, and healing for all stakeholders.
