Speech and Language Pathologist-Pediatrics

The Speech Pathologist evaluates and treats patients with hearing, speech, language, and swallowing issues based on medical diagnoses and physician orders, following established standards of practice.


Responsibilities include applying growth and development principles to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, working collaboratively with customers, patients, physicians, and staff to promote teamwork, and adhering to organizational values to foster hope, health, and healing.


Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Speech Pathology
  • At least six months of related experience or training (preferred)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from ASHA following CFY
  • Current speech pathology license from the State of NE or in the process of completing CFY
  • BLS certification from AHA
