Speech and Language Pathologist-Pediatrics

The Speech Pathologist evaluates and treats patients with hearing, speech, language, and swallowing issues based on medical diagnoses and physician orders, adhering to established standards of practice.

They apply developmental principles to care for patients across all ages, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.

The role involves collaborating with diverse individuals such as patients, physicians, and staff, emphasizing teamwork aligned with organizational values to promote hope, health, and healing.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology, a CCC from ASHA, and a valid state license or ongoing CFY. BLS certification is also required.
