Role Overview:
This full-time Sonographer performs ultrasound imaging services including abdominal, small parts, obstetrical, and vascular exams to diagnose and assist in treatment. The role involves ensuring equipment readiness, conducting independent studies, and documenting procedures accurately. The position requires performing on-call, portable exams, and supporting needle procedures like biopsies and drainages.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate or Trade School education
- RDMS or equivalent certification
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, RDCS or equivalent
- Ability to perform ultrasound imaging and assist with procedures
Responsibilities:
- Maintain equipment functionality and readiness
- Perform imaging examinations with proper documentation
- Operate independently and support portable/after-hours exams
