Role Overview:
We are seeking a Full-time Sonographer responsible for performing ultrasound imaging procedures including abdominal, obstetrical, and vascular studies to assist in diagnosis and treatment. The role involves ensuring equipment readiness, conducting imaging exams independently, and documenting procedures accurately. The sonographer may perform portable and on-call studies at various sites as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or equivalent trade school education
- RDMS or similar certification; CPR and RDCS or equivalent preferred
- Experience not required; 2+ years preferred
- Strong attention to equipment function and patient care
Key Duties:
- Ensure proper operation of ultrasound equipment
- Perform and document imaging procedures accurately
- Assist with needle procedures and vascular imaging
- Operate independently, including on-call and portable exams
