Seeking a Social Services Clinician for a Level IV Critical Access Hospital in Southeast Alaska.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, brief therapy, discharge planning, and care coordination for patients from birth to elder.
Provide clinical support for mental health and substance use needs, facilitate patient care conferences, and advocate for clients.
Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with hospital teams and community partners.
Requirements: Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field, current licensure or in-process for LCSW, LPC, or LMFT; valid Alaska driver’s license; clinical competency within 3 months of hire.
