Qualifications: at least one year of relevant work experience and a licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Florida for specific areas such as Dialysis, Transplant, Cystic Fibrosis, and mental status exams in the Emergency Department. Educational background in Psychology, Mental Health, Marriage and Family, or related social services is preferred.
