Serve as a clinical leader, collaborating with the care team to oversee short- and long-term residents. Handle admissions, discharges, stability checks, and evaluations for condition changes. Perform advanced care planning, comprehensive assessments, and prescribe treatments. Maintain active Pennsylvania APN licensure and DEA, with previous clinical experience. Require strong communication and teamwork skills, and a Master’s degree in Nursing.
