Role: Life Plan Counselor
Listen to older adults and families to understand individual needs and guide them in exploring life plan community options. Provide clear, compassionate explanations of available living accommodations and care services, helping prospective residents make informed decisions with respect and integrity.
Key duties:
- Conduct needs-based conversations and provide guidance throughout the decision process.
- Explain living and care services available within a Life Plan community.
- Collaborate with teams across healthcare, hospitality, and senior living operations to ensure a welcoming resident experience.
- Support delivery of quality of life for residents through coordinated, resident-first service.
Qualifications & skills:
- Relevant experience in counseling, senior living, healthcare, social services, or sales (helpful).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and maintain a resident-first mindset.
