Role: Staff Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing compassionate, person-centered care to older adults in a senior-care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized nursing care that supports resident dignity, respect, and inclusion.
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation and records.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and communicate with residents’ families.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Active Massachusetts LPN licensure (required).
- Experience in senior care or skilled nursing (preferred).
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills.
