Role Overview: This position supports international sales efforts by executing sales strategies, managing relationships with distributors and dealers, and coordinating cross-functional activities to boost revenue and market growth while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement international sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage communication and relationships with global distributors and dealers to develop sales pipelines and close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform regional strategies.
- Participate in customer engagements, industry events, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, operations, and aftersales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and pipeline visibility for management decision-making.
- Provide operational support for international sales activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, aviation, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
- Experience working with external entities, preferably with distributor/dealer management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; aviation knowledge and foreign language skills are advantages.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of sales and marketing activities.
- Escalate risks related to deals, customers, or partners.
- Support leadership in stakeholder interactions.
- Work involves extended periods at a desk, international travel, and participation in industry events, including airshows and demo tours.
