RN Specialist provides high-quality, person-centered nursing care to seniors across a continuum of services. The role focuses on assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomes to ensure safe, compassionate care.
Key responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and create, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Administer medications and deliver skilled clinical interventions
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and maintain high standards of charting
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Support residents and families with compassion, dignity, and clear communication
- Mentor and support other staff members to strengthen clinical practice
