- Minimum three years of relevant experience in UKG consulting or implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field.
- Certifications and proven expertise in UKG modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, and analytics.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed; eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
