Role: Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence within the Deal Advisory practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Participating in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial, commercial, and accounting due diligence services for Fortune 1000 companies, private equity investors, and lenders.
- Interfacing with senior client and target company executives.
- Analyzing target company data to identify financial trends, quality of earnings, liabilities, and risks impacting valuation and negotiations.
- Creating tailored transaction reports addressing key issues such as earnings normalization, valuation assumptions, debt considerations, and financial statements for business combinations or carve-outs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in accounting, advisory, audit, or transaction services with a top public accounting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, M&A, or transaction services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
