We are seeking an Elementary School Based Therapist in Ankeny, IA, for a full-time, onsite/hybrid role starting in May 2026.
Provide mental health services to students and families within the school setting, managing a caseload of 25–30 clients. Develop individualized treatment plans, participate in IEPs and school meetings, and collaborate with school staff and community agencies. Complete timely documentation and maintain compliant electronic health records. Optionally, see patients 2 days a week at an outpatient clinic if preferred.
