We are seeking an Elementary School Based Therapist in Ankeny, IA, for a full-time onsite/hybrid role with flexible scheduling.
Implement mental health services to students and families within the school setting, collaborating with school staff and community agencies.Manage a caseload of 25–30 clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEPs and meetings.Complete timely documentation and maintain compliant electronic health records.Coordinate care with school personnel and supervisors, supporting program needs during school breaks.Option to see patients 2 days a week at the clinic if preferred.Requirements include an active Iowa social work, therapy, or counseling license, reliable transportation, and proficiency with electronic records.
