Provide primary care at School Based Health Centers and other clinical sites, addressing minor and complex health issues, including immunizations, assessments, and management of acute and chronic conditions.Document all patient encounters accurately, adhere to clinical guidelines, and stay current with CME requirements.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support patient-centered care, and assist with administrative tasks and on-call coverage.
Participate in community outreach, health promotion, and supervision of students and residents.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, HIPAA, and safety protocols.
Qualifications include NY licensure, certification, experience in pediatric/family medicine, and preferred bilingual skills. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually.
