Your responsibilities include conducting patient histories, examinations, ordering tests, administering vaccines and medications, managing illnesses, and referring complex cases. Maintaining thorough documentation, adhering to clinical guidelines, and participating in quality improvement are essential.
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, supporting community outreach, supervising students, and contributing to policy development are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications include licensure and certification as an NP/PA, experience in pediatric or family medicine, and proficiency with EMR systems. Preferred candidates have 2-3 years of experience, community health background, and bilingual skills.
Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits. All qualified applicants will be considered regardless of background.
