- Lead safety-related improvement projects and support plant themes.

- Collaborate with department leaders and safety committees to foster a strong safety culture.
- Interpret and apply safety management policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, ergonomic studies, and safety data analysis.
- Prepare detailed safety reports, analyze trends, and communicate findings effectively.
- Develop technical expertise and professional skills within the safety domain.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields, with 0-4 years of safety experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Effective communication, data analysis, problem-solving, and planning abilities.
- Experience with root cause analysis, risk assessments, and safety compliance documentation.
