We are seeking a dependable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Provide supervision to nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations.
Act as the weekend clinical decision-maker, monitor resident conditions, and coordinate with providers as needed.
Support medication management, documentation, infection control, and address staffing or operational issues in real time.
Promote teamwork and professionalism across shifts, ensuring safety and regulatory adherence.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in New Mexico.
Previous supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred.
Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills; ability to work independently.
