Seeking a reliable *Weekend RN Supervisor* to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Lead nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs, ensuring safe, high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations. Oversee daily operations, monitor resident conditions, and coordinate with providers as needed. Support medication management, documentation, infection control, and address staffing issues in real-time. Act as the clinical decision-maker and promote teamwork and professionalism. Qualifications include an active RN license in NM, with preferred supervisory or long-term care experience. Offer includes competitive weekend pay, a supportive team, and a stable weekend schedule.
