Provide supervision to LPNs and CNAs, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
Act as the clinical decision-maker during weekends, monitoring resident conditions and communicating with providers.
Support medication management, documentation, infection control, and address staffing needs in real time.
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability across shifts.
Qualifications include an active RN license in NM, with preferred supervisory or long-term care experience.
