RN Weekend Supervisor – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Socorro, NM.

Provide supervision and support to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

Oversee daily nursing operations, monitor resident conditions, and communicate with healthcare providers.

Manage medication, documentation, infection control, staffing needs, and incident reporting.

Serve as the clinical decision-maker and promote teamwork and professionalism.

Qualifications include an active RN license in NM and prior supervisory or long-term care experience preferred.
