The Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor role is a part-time, in-person position based in Socorro, NM, working Saturdays and Sundays with hours around 24 per week.
Provides clinical leadership and oversight of nursing staff during weekend shifts. Ensures safe, high-quality resident care in compliance with regulations. Acts as the clinical decision-maker and main contact during weekends. Monitors resident conditions, supports medication management, and promotes infection control. Addresses staffing and operational issues in real time and participates in incident follow-up. Qualifications include an active RN license in NM, with preferred supervisory and long-term care experience, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work independently.
