Seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts in a skilled nursing setting.
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, with shift details discussed at interview.
- Supervise nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality, compliant resident care.
- Act as the clinical decision-maker and main contact during weekends.
- Monitor resident conditions, support medication management, and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Address staffing and operational issues in real-time and promote teamwork.
- Participate in incident follow-up and reporting.
Qualifications: NM RN license, supervisory experience preferred, skilled nursing experience a plus, strong assessment and leadership skills, and excellent communication.
